You can use the report number to pull the full police report later. You can use the charge code, like 707-0716, to look up the section of the Hawaii Revised Statutes tied to the offense. The department does not post mug shots with the log.
Hawaii County Booking Releases Inmate Info
Once a person moves past the police cellblock, custody shifts to the Hawaii Community Correctional Center, or HCCC. HCCC is at 60 Punahele Street, Hilo, HI 96720. The main line is (808) 933-0400. HCCC holds pre-trial detainees and people serving short misdemeanor time. Longer sentences may go to Kulani Correctional Facility at 1525 Kulani Street, Hilo, phone (808) 969-9166. Kulani is a minimum security facility.

Fingerprinting is free at every police station on the Big Island. Hilo and most stations run Monday through Friday from 7:45 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Kona runs 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Each fingerprint card is $25. A criminal abstract is also $25. The department takes money orders or cashier's checks made to Hawaii Criminal Justice Data Center or HCJDC. No cash, no personal checks.
For a full name-based check online, use ecrim.ehawaii.gov. Each unique search is $5. A certified report is $12. Non-conviction files and juvenile files are not public.
Third Circuit Court and Booking Releases
